With special thanks to Jonno and Jeff, doctors and staff at Park Lane Surgery, Stillington, care workers from Intermediate Care Unit who enabled Alice to remain at home during her illness, the Macmillan Nurses and staff at the Butterwick Hospice Day Unit for all their devoted care and attention.
